Terms of Service
These terms cover casalumakpg.com and Casa Luma's internal staff tools. By using them, you agree to these terms. Internal tools are available only to people authorized by Casa Luma.
Authorized use
Use internal tools only for legitimate Casa Luma work and within permissions assigned to you. Keep credentials private, protect connected accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Google Drive connection
Some internal accounting features connect to Google Drive using OAuth to locate or create designated accounting folders and upload related records. Connecting an account authorizes this feature to make those requests. Google services remain subject to Google's own terms. You can revoke access through your Google Account security settings; connected features may then stop working.
Information and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Do not enter or upload information unless you are authorized to use it for the relevant Casa Luma business purpose.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or internal tools, including access to particular features. We aim to keep services useful and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
No warranties; limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and internal tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Casa Luma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use these services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Suspension and updates
Casa Luma may suspend or remove internal access when a user is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or suspension is needed to protect the service. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply going forward.
